Complainant also alleged retaliation after complaining about derogatory racial comments made by a former and potential coworker. A settlement was reached in which complainant received $57,000. Upon respondent’s completion of the remaining terms of the settlement the Commission issued a Final Order on July 12, 2018 and the case was closed.
