Human Rights Commission Accusations An accusation is a formal complaint filed after Commission staff have investigated a case, determined that there is substantial evidence of discrimination, and the parties have been unable to conciliate the case. Type: Accusation Date: July 15, 2019 Basis: Sex, Retaliation Resolution: Active Case Pubic hearing summary: Complainant alleged that co-worker subjected her to sexual harassment and when she reported the unwanted treatment respondent retaliated by terminating her employment. The Accusation was filed with the Office of Administrative Hearings on July 15, 2019. However, the case has been continued until November 25, 2019 pending replacement of the Commission’s Human Rights Advocate.
